Yeah but it'd be nice to have Danny up with Charlie. Convert more chances, be further in the lead for when we do concede.

Of course we have defensive problems and they too need to be sorted.

However surely you can see that the acquisition of Ward will only strengthen our team.

Who in our team is consistently scoring goals? Only Charlie. If he gets injured, then we are screwed in my opinion.

It's a weird one because yeah he would improve our team no doubt but he wouldn't make no difference to the outcome of any games would he

i see where you are coming from on this.thing is he would definately add something to our team.i reckon his form was probably the major factor which got us to the play offs(no chance of that this year though)

Definatly and don't get me wrong but i would fucking love him back but i know for a fact we were?are willing to pay his full wage to get him here and i would rather see that spent somewhere else at the moment. It's all dependant on Matt Ritchie come January aswell i suppose

Fuck defence. We'll get Danny back. This Welshman will be blinding down the right, Campbell will come in and bang in the goals ala Charlie. Play 4-2-4 with Prutts and Dougs in the middle. Win every game 8-5.

The prospect of Ward and Austin upfront is deffo one that would set this division alight. Ward would be on for much more goals than Dossevi and Pericard in my opinion so we'd be gaining in that aspect. I disagree in this instance about where priorities lie in terms of signings. When a player Danny Ward is available at this level you'd be a fool to not sign him or at least show interest.
