Title: **The Official - I'm not at Glastonbury thread** Post by: Sussex on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, 20:04:53 Well it's been a lot quieter on here today due to the many buggering off to visit a farm in Somerset. I'm now wishing I'd got off my arse and arranged to go aswell - my mates left this morning.
Oh well, It'll be on the box, maybe Toms flag will get on the TV 8) I'm sure they'll all come back with stories of drink/drug fuelled incidents and life-changing experiences! Also, the first since John Peel passed away. Just won't seem right without his commentary. Legend. Title: **The Official - I'm not at Glastonbury thread** Post by: blinkpip on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, 21:51:09 Glastonbury bands are too soft. They don't have decent bands like Slayer, Sabbath, H.I.M. Slipknot, System Of A Down etc.
Even Reading is better. Title: **The Official - I'm not at Glastonbury thread** Post by: Sussex on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, 22:14:46 Isn't that why you've got Donnington Rock Festival?
Glastonbury's a bit different. (No offence Pip) Title: **The Official - I'm not at Glastonbury thread** Post by: Whits on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, 22:18:29 its all about choice innit, that why there are some many festivals :)

glastonbury - never appealed to me reading - is good, cos its really close. but next year i hope to go to either pressurefest or furyfest in germany or france (respectively), SO many better bands than any festival over here. and if i get the chance, over to the US for Hellfest, or Posi Numbers. Title: **The Official - I'm not at Glastonbury thread** Post by: Onion_Jimbo on Thursday, June 23, 2005, 00:22:44 you could watch the world cup whilst at the furryfest (whats that some kind of panda festival?)

It's dawned on me that none of the artists I'd watch at Glasto - bar Interpol - have been on the highlights on BBC2 or BBC3. Title: **The Official - I'm not at Glastonbury thread** Post by: Onion_Jimbo on Sunday, June 26, 2005, 23:53:33 does anyone know where i can download coldplays set?
