Title: Novel way to attract fans
Post by: thedarkprince on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, 08:37:56
http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/oddballs/842621-hot-dog-train-attracting-new-fans-to-fc-st-pauli

A hot dog train, your own beer pump and a flat screen tv for replays... wonder if we could suggest the same for the redeveloped CG?

 :beers:

What the fuck are they doing to St Pauli?! What a circus, they've changed and I don't like it.

Looks like something the americans would do in their league,Wheres the old traditional football gone it's just as bad when they play music before the games these days. I can remember years ago strolling down county road and hearing both sets of fans half hour before kick off.

All to much of a circus as said above and it's getting worse with stupid ideas like that.

Blimey.  I was at the Millerntor in 1998...and it didn't look anything like that.  It was all rusting metal posts and crumbling concrete back then.

Well I'm all for innovation, but i'd prefer a train running back and forth along the town end with a piss bucket.

Still one of the cheapest top division ticket prices in Europe and meant to be a bit of a throw back to the good old days of near enough pure terracing.
