Who remembers them?

I just happened to catch the last half hour of the last episode of Alan Davies' Teenage Revolution last night (and damned good it was too - I must try and watch the whole series on 4-Play or whatever the fuck it's called) Right at the very end, they played 'Can't Be Sure' by The Sundays. It's just fantastic when you hear a song which you used to absolutely love but for some reason you just forgot about it. It's such a great feeling. So without further ado, here it is...I reckon this could be your kind of thing Sonic..

I remember my mate going to see them when no one had heard of them. He was raving about them and how they would be the next big thing. On listening to them I had to agree but for some reason it never happened. Strange.

Yes, I loved the Sundays.They were pretty big werent they? Every Indie kid had a bit of thing for Harriet.

You should definitly catch the Alan Davies thing,its been supurb.Great bit with a young Billy Bragg in last weeks.

Enjoyed that, Cheers OST.  Mazzy Star fade into you is also worth a look.  Belting track and haunting vocals.

The sundays drummer patch is now tour manager for Newton Faulkner.  Lovely bloke. 

To be fair Id rather know where the lovely singer is now.

I suppose they did ok, but I just thought they were going to be massive and that didn't happen. Not necessarily a bad thing of course.
