Title: Re: Austin Update Post by: @MacPhlea on Tuesday, September 14, 2010, 19:21:10 tis still bloody painful - had a similar injury from skiing - I would like to say it was as a result of attempting a twisting back somersault but was sadly as a result of being cocky and attempting to go off piste through a wooded area, failing to see a dip in the snow taking off and smacking my shoulder into a tree.
It's like having a sprained ankle in your shoulder but has this unusual effect of making you laugh every time you try and move it - getting myself back down the the bar was eventful, and painfully funny at the same time. Took a good four weeks to start moving it freely...
