Well what they thought they'd done was sign Kitson and Lawrence on a players plus cash swap for Wilson. But it turns out Andronikou fucked up the paperwork on Lawrence so they've ended up with just Kitson. His own version of events is flatly contradicted by what's on the Pompey OS which is that they simply failed to get the paperwork in on time whereas Andronikou swears they did, so "it's a complete mystery" to him why the deal didn't go through. Not that he's lying about either deal. Oh no.

I wouldn't let Pompey sign anyone until they paid all the football creditors in full, and then they would also have to pay all transfer fees up front in full.

All tranfers should be done this way. If you want to buy someone stump up the cash, up front. No cash, no deal.

I would not have thought the FL would have sanctioned the deal anyway regardless- they are still in administration so if they can afford to pay money like that then they can afford to pay more to their creditors

Just how he's handled this affair in the press today shows the level of contempt that Fitton has for Andronikou. He was pretty damning last week about other clubs unsettling players, and Andronikou has played a stupid, dumb-fuck of a card which has rightly been exposed as a fucking lie.

How that fat, slimy, odious fuck of a man could have the bollocks to darken our fucking door again, after all the shit he presided over with Diamandis etc, by even mentioning us in a press statement, let alone falsely claiming to be bidding £1m for Austin, is beyond me.

Fitton doesn't strike me as a violent man, but I think even he might kick the fat fuck right in the bollocks if Andronikou ever had cause to visit the CG again.

This at a time when they're trying to (re)sign Kanu and Rocha - Andronikou claimed they'd signed last week but it turned out they hadn't as Cotterill is reportedly struggling to persuade them to agree to the wage cap which he's now just blown wide open.

Well out of order Pompey. They have got away with things very lightly,  they should have been fined more, had a larger cv ( pence per pound)  imposed and been demoted further down.  :badmood:

They weren't fined, their demotion was due to not securing enough points, not a punishment, and a CVA is not a punishment that gets imposed. It's an agreement between the company's creditors and the administrator as to the minimum %age of the money owed that will be repaid over a fixed period of time. Or not so fixed, if the administrator is Andronikou.

But apart from that, your points stand up well :)
