Title: T in the Park
Post by: Bob's Orange on Monday, June 20, 2005, 18:47:10
With all this talk of Glasto, got me thinking about my local festival T in the Park, anyone ever been? Usually the line up is one of the better festival line ups.

http://www.tinthepark.com/lineup05.html

This is the 2005 line up, any thoughts? I may try and get me some tickets if I can be arsed!

my pick would be:
Saturday

Foo Fighters
Maximo Park
Doves
The futureheads
Editors
The Rakes

Sunday

QOTSA
Biffy Clyro
Bloc Party
Kaiser chiefs
Thirteen senses
Nine Black alps
The departure
Interpol
Dogs

obviously you wont get too see all those as they will be on at the same time but the radio 1 stage on sunday looks the place to be. thats a great line up with some great bands there!

Foo Fighters looked awesome.

Tomorrow starts at 7 on BBC3 and promises Kasabian, Kaiser Chiefs, Echo and The Bunnymen and headliners Green Day.

Right, I am in a mood now, Green Day aren't allowing the BBC to show any of their set as they have a live DVD coming out.

What a shower of bastards!!

Prodigy to come however, that will be amazing!

I strongly advise you  to go see prodigy on that showing.

Ian Brown was not happy with the sound so pushed the speakers off the stage and stormed off!!
