Title: Non-League Day - at FGR!
Post by: Sledge FGR on Thursday, September 2, 2010, 19:14:32
You're probably sick of hearing about it, but if anyone isn't going to Carlisle, you are more than welcome to come to The New Lawn for our match with Southport. The bar is open to all, has several TVs, real ale and we serve a hot home made pre-match meal (usually cottage pie)

The game should be a cracker as both sides are doing well so far. If you haven't been, the ground is only five years old and has impressive facilities, and like I said, we're a friendly welcoming lot.

Season ticket holders (of your club) can get in for £10 if you use turnstile B

Thanks

Sledge

Remember going to one of the first friendlies at your new stadium when Dennis Wise/Gus Poyet had just taken over. Tidy little ground for the conference. What sort of crowds you getting in now?

Oh and do you want to take Nathan Thompson, Will Evans and Billy Bodin on loan please?!

Changing every day at the moment. Much better start to this season than any run we put together last, his moans about inheriting someone else's squad last season seem justified.

not being funny, but did'nt you get relegated last season, but you stayed up by default :hmmm:

Would rather say Salisbury finished above us by cheating, so justice was done  ;)

Exactly my point though, since Hockaday's been able to build his own squad (from start of this season) he's done well.
