Title: Points On Your License... Post by: herthab on Saturday, August 21, 2010, 06:39:24 ....How long is it until they're cleared? I think it's 3 years, but someone has told me it's 4.
Got done by a mobile unit last week and have been told that if my license already has 9 points I can't take the fixed penalty, as it would result in losing my license. I've got 9 points on it, but 3 were from 2005 & another 3 from 2006. Can anyone put my mind at rest? Title: Re: Points On Your License... The only problem I've got is that my license is currently at Swansea (Having my photo updated) and I have to contact the Camera Processing Unit 'immediately', if I can't produce it. They don't take emails and I was on the phone, on hold, for a total of an hour and a half yesterday and never got through! But that's a minor problem compared to losing my license.
