How many do you eat a day Hertha?

3 or 4 bananas, a couple of oranges, nectarines/plums.

I am a bit lazy, so I tend to go to the supermarket and buy the prepacked/prepared/pre-sliced fruit mix. Kiwi, grapes, pineapple, apple and orange being a favourite. If I buy fruit seperately I end up throwing half of it away  :(

The trick is to just buy little and often. I love fruit, very underrated nowadays, people prefer processed shit.

I have to admit I eat a lot more fruit now than when I was younger. I also drink a lot of fruit juice i.e. pomegranate, purple grape as well as some of the smoothies.

I like grapes but don't really feel they offer value for money, so tend to buy oranges and apples instead.
