England got beat 3-1 Neatly summed up all the things wrong with English football, team of 6 ft+ athletes, with limited technical ability, just passed round, by smaller opponents. Two of the Spanish goals were things of the highest quality...England's goal was a decent strike by John Bostock, who looked OK, as did Nathan Delfouneso. Frank really is terrible...if he was Spanish the nearest he'd get to the pitch would be as a steward. Title: Re: Best penalty ever? Was saying something like this earlier. Matt Phillips of Wycombe 'fame' played a big part for the u19s yet hardly set L1 alight last year.
