Title: The Townend Marching Band. Post by: herthab on Sunday, July 18, 2010, 07:06:58 A few of us are trying to set up a Marching Band to add to the matchday experience at the CG. The idea is for about 20/30 of us to march up and down the front of The Townend throughout matches, playing a variety of instruments (Vuvuzelas,Kazoo's, Stylophone's, etc).

Back in the 60's noisy things were common at matches....the rattle being the most well known, those bike horns with a rubber bulb on were also popular....and a mate had one of those hunting horns, which looked like an expensive vuvuzela.
