Title: FREE KICKS[B.B.] Post by: ghost_of_noble on Tuesday, June 29, 2010, 18:32:18 What happened with free kicks "Before Beckam"[B.B.]When I was a lad and Burnley won the First Division they had some of the most inventive free kicks in the league which payed off regularly.Nowadays we rarely see any variation at all,everyone thinks they are Beckam with the inevitable result of a minuscule amount being scored.Do any of you foul mouthed lot agree with me or is it just the ramblings of an "old git".NICE TO BE BACK!

Early 90's the likes of Koeman, Zola and Hagi would hit the target almost every time.
