Title: score predictions? Post by: lord ox on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:13:12 What do you robins reckon the score will be at wembley?
Be a close one poss extra time/pens but I do think you'll do it. 3-2 aet Fucking hate Millwall more morons per square inch than in any battery moron shed. Don't get confused by all those cockneys in white tracksuits they're going to a wedding in the morning One side of Wembley will be like Chas n Dave's orphanage They're the only club to have every fan play an extra in a Guy Ritchie (talentless twat) movie Good luck Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Ralphy on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:17:51 2-1.
Are you an O*ford fan? Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: lord ox on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:20:20 2-1. Are you an O*ford fan? yes -shall I say fuck off to myself now and save your carbon footprint? I'm being genuine in my prediction I do think you'll win Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Ralphy on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:26:49 I hope we win, need to keep that Morrison quiet though.
I don't think I could handle another dramatic extra time and pens scenario. Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: lord ox on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:30:56 I hope we win, need to keep that Morrison quiet though. I don't think I could handle another dramatic extra time and pens scenario. The experience of that should make it easier. Plus the way you fought back from 2-0 and 10 men against Charlton shows there's a terrific spirit amongst the players. You've got some decent front players too mind. I think Wilson is a highly underrated manager and it'd be nice for him to get another promotion. Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Ralphy on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:31:51 Are you sure you're an O*ford fan?
Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: lord ox on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:35:53 Are you sure you're an O*ford fan? I am and I'm not into rivalry based on ignorance! We're all humans -except Millwall fans Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Red Rascal on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:37:23 Based on Ox fans ability to string some words together he must be from one of those posh post school places for future politicians, not one of the usual scummy locals from Blackbird Leys who spout rubbish on here.
Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Rustle on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:38:21 Am i seeing things and are we really at wembley or is this just a dream,I dont think i've seen a post from an O*ford fan wishing us good luck before.
We will have millwall fans wanting to hug us next. Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: land_of_bo on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:38:22 I reckon we'll sneak it 2-1 but Ralphus is right, we need to keep a tight leash on Morrison. Ward and Austin to score.
Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Ardiles on Friday, May 21, 2010, 15:40:21 Lord Ox is executing a dastardly, covert plan to forecast a win for us on so many separate occasions that it jinxes us. It will not work...because every time he does this I eat a banana and spell 'Julian Alsop' backwards in my head.
Foiled! Title: Re: score predictions? Besides I worked with some good lads from Swindon years ago and mates are mates irrespectiveof what football team they might happen to follow. Title: Re: score predictions? You are not jinxed it's written in the stars you're on your way to the Championship trust yourselves and have a punt n it too! Imagine all them poor bull mastiff dogs being tied to the railings outside wembley waiting for their cockney owners to collect them after the game. Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Peter Venkman on Friday, May 21, 2010, 16:22:41 Imagine all them poor bull mastiff dogs being tied to the railings outside wembley waiting for their cockney owners to collect them after the game. That actually made me laugh! Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: jayohaitchenn on Friday, May 21, 2010, 20:50:19 Sorry mate, we already have a tame o*ford fan as a pet.
Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Batch on Friday, May 21, 2010, 20:52:24 I wondered if losing last year would give Millwall the edge this year. But then I remembered Leicester and 93.
Too tight to call, but Nouble will get the winner in the last 5 minutes 2-1. Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Ralphy on Friday, May 21, 2010, 20:53:15 Imagine all them poor bull mastiff dogs being tied to the railings outside wembley waiting for their cockney owners to collect them after the game. On MISA, the Millwall forum, quite a few posters have pics of their Rottweilers and Pitbulls as signatures! Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: pride_of_wilts on Friday, May 21, 2010, 20:59:02 Morison really worries me he's a big threat, Lescinel and Cuthbert will have to be at their best.
Millwall are quite solid at the back too, Let's hope McGovern, Ward, Austin & Paynter can cause them some big problems. Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: westcountry on Friday, May 21, 2010, 21:05:49 i think 1-1 and go to pens, not that's what i want but my instinct tells me this but i feel lucky on pens :)
Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: crystall Tips on Friday, May 21, 2010, 22:46:37 I feel it is too early to predict.
I am going to bed with a rum and coke and see what I dream about. If it's like normal, I will dream about my car breaking down and not making it to the match. Title: Re: score predictions? If it's like normal, I will dream about my car breaking down and not making it to the match. That actually happened to some people I know on the way to the final in 1993. The car ended up in a garage somewhere past Reading and the breakdown company dropped them at Wembley! They only missed the first 15 mins of the game. Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Gnasher on Friday, May 21, 2010, 23:13:30 I never have normal dreams. I once had a dream that I was being chased by Dennis Waterman in a wheelchair, on top of a building made of salad leaves. Quite normal. Title: Re: score predictions? SHAUN TAYLOR on Saturday, May 22, 2010, 10:12:38 I had a dream last night where I couldn't make it to Wembley for some reason so I was at home watching Soccer Saturday and the score updates came through as follows:
1-0 Douglas 43 mins H.T 2-0 Austin 47 3-0 Cuthbert 54 3-1 59 3-2 69 3-3 70 ...then in the 85th min, Pericard, who has just come on for Paynter, trips over a blade of grass im the box and the ref gives a pen!! 4-3 85 Sheehan That was one crazy dream..should never have had that cheese sandwich before I went to bed ;) Title: Re: score predictions? Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: No_One_Likes_Us_MFC on Saturday, May 22, 2010, 10:31:10 Can't see Swindon getting anything out of this except a nice trip to the Capital to be honest.
Besides, a club of your size & following doesn't belong in the Championship unlike the world famous MFC, you'd only end up coming straight back down next season. 4-0 to Wall. 8) Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Batch on Saturday, May 22, 2010, 10:33:13 oooh look, its "Massive" Millwall. Quick, run and hide..
Just one question, did you say the same thing to Scunthorpe last season? Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: OOH! Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: Arriba on Saturday, May 22, 2010, 10:38:10 millwalls gates are nothing to shout about.
Title: Re: score predictions? Post by: herthab on Saturday, May 22, 2010, 10:41:19 Blackpool seem to have done ok in the CCC, with gates smaller than ours.
tbf, the 'World Famous' mfc aren't famous for their on-field activities, are they? (Unless they're invading the pitch). |
