Unfortunately, people got bored of Haiti once they realised it wasn't the twisted backward anarchy that certain sections of the media wanted to represent it as. The UN set up a website (http://www.refondation.ht/index.jsp?sid=1&id=172&pid=1) to track aid and lay out the plans. Unfortunately, the 'reconstruction and development' section is all in French, even in the English version of the website.the place must still be in a right mess |
