Why does chairmen think Boothroyd is a good manager?

Bar Watford in his first season, he's done very little, and they play hoofball.

Think Colchester will breath a sign of relief at losing him. He plays nasty football and fucked up their promotion push. This way they get rid of him and get compo for it. Good deal i say.

In fairness any promotion push was down to him - Lambert left far too early into the season. They just ran out of steam.

It's okay, it was pleasing to see him fail.

RE: Salisbury. It's a shame but they cannot operate at that level financially so...

At least Dave Hockaday gets another stab at the Blue Square Prem.

How many times have Forest Green Rovers been saved from relegation? It must be 3 or 4
times now.

That 3-0 defeat at Colchester was probably more frustrating than the Rovers defeats, and the Gills defeat, because they were crap really.

Glad we steered clear. Coventry will need a new manager in 12 months. Again.

League rules state that they cannot play in the conference if there is still an outstanding cva in force.  They have an agreement with the taxman to pay off their debts in full over the next two seasons, the taxman is apparently their only debtor in the cva now!!  Cannot win can they.  And my understanding is that Forest Green have gone part-time in any case and released several players as they cannot afford conference football!

I hear that John Ward will be named as Colchester manager - he was No 2 there anyway
