Title: Paying for transport in London Post by: tj2002 on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, 21:11:36 My Dad and I will be coming down from Manchester on the train next Saturday morning. Just wondering if anyone knows the cheapest way to pay for the London leg of the Journey (Euston to Marylebone - Marylebone to Wembley). Do we need to get some new fandangled Oyster-me-bob or pay as part of the train ticket, or do we pay at the station?
Any help much appreciated, went to Wembley in 93 but we drove in then :D Title: Re: Paying for transport in London Post by: Samdy Gray on Wednesday, May 19, 2010, 21:12:35 Where did you buy the ticket to? Euston or Wembley?

Cost varies, but around £5 - £6 ... this will save you a fair bit as single tube journeys cost around £4 for a minimum fare. |
