On the website, putting in Crisp and the 4 digit number i revcived in my conformation Email but it wont have it, anybody else getting this?  :cry:

Season ticket number is about 10 digits.

My customer number is 7 digits.

I orderd my 10/11 season ticket over the phone blah blah blah and got a confermation email,

Where do i find the number that i should be using then?

Looking at my Charlton home ticket, it'll be under your name.

But ive got a ST for next season but i havent actually got it with me here and now, they arnt out for collection yet  :doh:

                                                                                                                                                                    have you got any previous match stubs ? if so bottom left hand corner has your name the number underneath is your season ticket number which the number you need   

i have 4 s/ts and ticket zone wont recognise any.shit bollocks

it was the ip address, now sorted and have 8 tickets

They messed up my bloody order and cant order again now because i already entered my surname and season ticket number, not pleased at all ! rang the hotline but no ones in

as has been said previously, look at a recent home ticket stub, and use the number below your name in bottom left hand corner
