I am a Swindon fan in Bournemouth. Tommorow i've booked coach travel up to Swindon in the hope of getting a ticket in the away end at The Valley. Have I got any chance? I'm wondering if it'd be better for me to go up to London tomorrow instead and purchase a ticket in with their fans, that's if they haven't already sold out?

as you've booked the coach then you'd better come here.i'd say earlier the better

1,500 sold as off yesterday - probably around another 500-1,000 sold today I reckon.  You should have a chance if you get here earlier enough.

Cheers. I would find it difficult to watch it amogst their fans but if it means getting to see it then i'm prepared to do that.

problem is, what is 'early enough'? I'm planning to get there 7.30 but as I don't live in Swidnon, not sure whether there will be 300 in front of me in the queue! oh well!  :hmmm:

My brother walked to work yesterday and the queue was quite long at 7.15am when he went past if that's any help.

Why would a Charlton fan be interested in a ticket for the away end at the Valley? 24,000 home tickets? Plenty.

I should think a fair few will be comming down for tickets in the home end though after they snapped up our stingy allocation double quick.

My step dad arrived at around 7am to que this morning and he got in around 9ish.

I have a similar problem...  I take it I have no hope of getting them posted to me?  It's probably too late anyway...  With my Sussex address I should easily be able to pose as a Charlton fan, but I will get my head kicked in....  Any solutions?!

It's Charlton, you could go round wacking them all in the face with your willy and they wouldn't react with violence.

Last playoff semi finals I broke into the ground standing on the grassy bank, only to run down and goad the Brighton fans when Parkin scored...  Needless to say I was booted out!

I went mental when I was told I wasn't on the database, ranting and raving telling them they were depriving me of the greatest day in our recent history etc etc... only to suddenly realise I was giving them the wrong postcode!   :D

Rang at about half 6 today and got both home and away tickets.  Got the last 2 tickets in the Town End - we're not sat together but I take it it's going to be a free-for-all?!
