I saw this, Town legend, now a tv legend (for his fuck-ups).

I had the pc/radio/tv on the go, & every time we scored I wound the tv back to see what Stelling/Beagrie had to say, & stumbled across this moment. I was roaring at the clown, and the others laughing at him.

Kammy is ace, Stelling is ace, football is ace, life is ace, Town are 2nd, this forum is ace, O*ford are fucking-up, Man Utd lost, FC Barca give me a lazy lob, Laztana Rioja is fucking lovely (only £4.09), cannot wait for the Haye fight, I've only got a small mortgage, cannot wait for Monday's game after a lazy day tomorrow, Ricky Gervais at Oxford last week was superb, the nosey cunt that lives over the road is a Leeds fan (though I'm sure I've been to Elland Rd more times than he has), springtime is around the corner........you have to appreciate what you've got and enjoy every day cos it could all end just like that........

That's a great point. He's obviously a humble & friendly bloke. I only met him once, in Route 66 it was (mid-90's), I just ambled over to him to shake his hand etc, & you would've thought I was the first person ever to do it by the way he reacted - he was really appreciative & had a big beaming smile on. He was probably as pissed as I was. My Dad has also spent the day working with him (a coca-cola sponsorship thing), and he couldn't speak highly enough of him.

i love the bloke. a fav player of mine, and always got a massive reception when returning here.he presented me with my football trophy for rodbourne mannington and my raffle prize of a box of tofifee back in the day .also used to go in his shop on york road when i used to stay over my nans.

Kammy is fucking ace, and despite what some people have posted on here in the past does still love Swindon and the club, I have spoke to him about it and we are one of the first results he looks for he told me.

He is a lovely bloke too, I used to go in his shop on York Road too when I was a teenager at Drove School in the late 70's and he always (when he was in the shop which was quite often) had a good chat to any Town fans.

That is absolutely fucking amazing, his reaction was hilarious.

Brilliant. One of my favourite ever Town players, and he's one of the best reporters on Sky Sports. Full of enthusiasm and love for the game, just like he was when he played.
