It seems to have got to the point now where fans aren't as bothered about their clubs folding, with them almost being happy (and in some cases preferring) to start all over again with a brand new club. It's what the Chester fans want and Southampton had a plan in place to do it (with an agreement of sorts to go straight in to the BSP).

Not sure how I'd feel if it happened to us, I guess it isn't the end of world as long as there is a club that takes on the name and carries on from where the old club left of.

It'll only happen if a Premiersh!t club go under (Pompey). Even then it's not that likely.

I don't think it's a case of fans "not being bothered" more a sign of desparation and lack of appealing alternatives. In the case of Chester, there pretty much are no other alternatives, it's about the only way they can start again with a clean slate

i think jonnys point is pretty true.fans get so sick of what their club has become,that starting from scratch looks a better option.
