Title: Tonight's Games Post by: Gnasher on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 20:15:46 Colchester 0 - 1 Carlisle - that's one going our way! If it stays like this and we can go 4th on Saturday (Col U playing on Monday). Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Saxondale on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 20:16:49 Wovvers loosing as well. 1 - 0 to Orient.
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 20:17:50 Ha I love the way the Wovers fan got really pissed off at not signing anyone yesterday. Classic stuff. They have 1 striker no wonder they are losing.
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Gnasher on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 20:20:29 Wovvers loosing as well. 1 - 0 to Orient. I don't think they're serious play-off contenders any more. Just need to worry about Millwall, Franchise and Uddersfield. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Ginginho on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 20:20:32 Walsall 1 up against Charlton also

But who took the corner? Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: DV on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:23:46 Danny Invincibiles Kilmarnock (if hes still there) have just beaten Celtic
I blame that Caddis - send him out on loan. Also, wasnt Robbie Keane a live long Liverpool fan 18 months ago when he signed for them? now he's a life long Celtic fan? Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Bob's Orange on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:24:08 2-0 Notts County now.
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: DV on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:24:17 But who took the corner? Ben Daviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis set up the og as well. Troy Deeney sent off for Walsall! Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Bob's Orange on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:26:40 Danny Invincibiles Kilmarnock (if hes still there) have just beaten Celtic I blame that Caddis - send him out on loan. Also, wasnt Robbie Keane a live long Liverpool fan 18 months ago when he signed for them? now he's a life long Celtic fan? 2 Celtic defenders went off injured. The chances of Caddis coming now seem anorexic. Shame as he looked good and I think he would shine at League 1 level Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Red Frog on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:27:49 Walsall down to 10 men. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:37:00 So after tonight we will have three games in hand over Colchester and four over Charlton then? Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:41:12 If Walsall hold out then we could go 5 behind Charlton with 3 games in hand on Saturday.
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Spencer_White on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:41:24 I think this might get a bit ignored.
But Notts Countys win at Wigan is a massive shock. Very rare to see a top flight team get knocked out by a div 4 side. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Red Frog on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:42:00 ColU won it two mins into injury time. >:(
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:42:39 FT at Brisbane Road. Only 5 for Orient though sadly.
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Bob's Orange on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:43:56 Millwall v Norwich on Saturday. Do we want Norwich to win so that we can open up a little gap over Millwall in 6th? Or do we still think we can catch Norwich?
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: reeves4england on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:44:17 Shame Colchester won but a win against Charlton would still make the table look rather pleasing.
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Red Frog on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:44:56 Millwall v Norwich on Saturday. Do we want Norwich to win so that we can open up a little gap over Millwall in 6th? Or do we still think we can catch Norwich? The latter - Millwall won't seriously challenge the playoffs. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Gnasher on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:45:52 F/T Walsall 1-1 Charlton. We can still overtake Col U and Charlton with our games in hand.
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:46:02 Millwall v Norwich on Saturday. Do we want Norwich to win so that we can open up a little gap over Millwall in 6th? Or do we still think we can catch Norwich? I'd rather Norwich win tbh. I think the top 2 (although possible) is a little bit too much of an ask for us. So yes i'd want 3 points gained on Millwall and Charlton. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:47:08 F/T Walsall 1-1 Charlton. We can still overtake Col U and Charlton with our games in hand. Our games in hand are huge really as is the game on Saturday now. We could move up to 3rd. If we can maintain the good run and win these games. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Bob's Orange on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:52:24 Really looking forward to Saturday. Charlton's form is ropey. Hopefully we can take advantage!
Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Gnasher on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:54:45 Our games in hand are huge really as is the game on Saturday now. We could move up to 3rd. If we can maintain the good run and win these games. 6 points from the next two home games is realistic, I think. Oldham will be one of our games in hand on the top 4. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:56:44 6 points from the next two home games is realistic, I think. Oldham will be one of our games in hand on the top 4. Yes if we are serious about at least making ourselves comfortable in the top 6 then 6 points has to be the target from these 2 games. Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: DV on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 21:59:23 I'd perfer Norwich to beat Millwall.
Millwall have come good of late and will challenge us for the plays offs - plus I wouldnt want to go there fighting for a play off spot on the final day. Norwich are in top form and havent dropped a point this year. They will motor on and win the league. We have more chance of catching Leeds than Norwich. Let Norwich get on with it, hope they take as many points off the rest of the top 8 as possible and lose to us Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Red Frog on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, 22:10:00 Negative thinking. We've got two points and two games in hand on Millwall. If we're worried about them overhauling us then we're in trouble. Huddersfield are the much bigger threat anyway.
Let's settle for them drawing and us making up 2 points on both shall we? :) Title: Re: Tonight's Games Post by: Red Frog on Thursday, February 4, 2010, 16:13:47 Sickening. ColU's injury-time winner on Tue looked well offside.
