Title: Season ticket question Post by: suttonred on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, 17:28:25 I'm definately getting one next season, but for work, distance, childcare reasons will only attend saturdays. I am going to donate the midweek games to one of my brothers. Question i have is last time i had an ST you had to take the booklet to every game for them to rip out. Would it be possible to just rip out the appropriate ticket and post to my brother a few days before? Otherwise i'm going to have to leave it at my mums in Newbury and divert there and back every game so he can use them, which will be a right problem if i'm on the train. Ta muchly.

I think it went to JJ - who I assume had no trouble getting in. Should be do able I would have thought. Unless they pull a stunt like last night like asking for a completely random ticket from the book, in which case they'll turn you away.

Love the avatar Sam :D Title: Re: Season ticket question Post by: suttonred on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, 17:56:53 Just post him the season ticket book and have him post it back? Fuck that he's a postie, chances of it going backwards and forwards more than once are negligible! Title: Re: Season ticket question Post by: strooood on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, 20:05:25 Just have a word at the CG reception - let them know the situation and I'm sure they will be happy to keep it behind the desk. That way whoever is using it just needs to pop in.

What i also failed to mention, is that he has the memory of a goldfish, the chances of him remembering him to send back in time, are doubtful at best. Far easier if it's under my control. That's the most unrealistic idea I've ever heard - you think they've got nothing better to do on matchdays ? what happens if we all decide to try that ? That's a bit like asking Tesco to hold your club card so any family member can collect and use it. Go and stand in the corner Strooood. I think that changed a couple of years age Dave - it used to be the case.
