"Up to" 5 new players, what the fuck does that mean? It certainly doesn't mean more than 5, that is understood but does it include 5? So is it bids for 5 players or 'up to' 5 players, which could indicate less then 5 players. "Up to" 5 players could mean 4 players or even only 1 player. So what he is really saying is that we have put bids in for between 1 to 5 players, presuming the 0 players is not included after all that would just be silly. Fucking journo's.
