Not tried it myself but getting fed up with Firefox memory leakage problems...which they say aren't there but they fucking are....especially in Adobe Flash.

Would like to hear any reviews on it.

I HATE Internet Explorer and also dont trust Microsoft as far as I could throw Bill Gates!

I use Safari on my Mac and I think it's excellent.  I'm not a computer geek so can't tell you why it's so good other than it just works very well and is simple.

As Mr Bangkok says....the main problem is PC slow downs due to hogging of RAM especially during Flash player games and applications.

Is there any noticable slow down in Flash/Java applications?

The internet is very very slow here (2Mb max) so it's really difficult to tell.

Yes but the problem being that I doubt the download speed is ever anything like that.

My brother works for Virgin Media and is talking about increasing his 50mb to 100mb sometime this year.

It's not just the speed of the internet, sometimes the browser itself (firefox) just locks up and stops responding altogether.

I use Internet Explorer 8, no problems here! I use CCleaner to clean up any memory files that IE may use almost daily so.... keeps my pc at peak performance.

I can honestly say that I have never had any problems with the browser freezing.  I have used Firefox and IE with numerous problems in the past.  Safari is just reliable.

Google Chrome was an ok browser but when you try to use different search engines its a pain in the ass to change and gets very tedious.

I use Safari on my Mac and wouldn't use anything else, as it integrates a lot better than any of the others.

Not sure about using it on a PC though. When I switched to a Mac a couple of years ago Firefox was the better all round browser and I'd most likely still be using that on a PC.

I use Firefox for most things, but like jj said it's just spazzes out if you use too many flash applications.

Generally if I'm using anything flash based for a long period of time I'll open it in Google Chrome and then have Firefox open for other stuff.

I use Safari periodically because it's a nice browser, but by default i use FF, simply because Safari can't provide me with anywhere near the shit i want in my browser.

Opera is fucking good, give that a blast. I rate that as the slickest browser i've used, but then i've never used Chrome because allowing Google to spy on me is not something i plan on doing. I would use Iron, a stripped down version of Chrome, with all the spying and monitoring crap removed, unfortunately I can't use it (only for PC) but have seen it and it's supposedly quicker than Opera. I'd have a blast on Opera and Iron if i was you. Maybe have a gander at Safari, but imagine, like yoof says, it'll be iTunestastic.
