So come on folks..this is tax evasion by a club director,and maybe the manager.
This isnt peanuts its big money...so if its proved that these deals and probable others did happen what next?
Lets face it our case was years ago and was meant to deter this kind of thing.
Forgeting our story as its been done to death but surely Pompey have to be punished like Swindon were.

I'm not sure there'll be a Pompey left to punish by the time the various appeals and counter-appeals have finished.

No suggestion in that article that the club were involved, which was the case with us.

Besides, no one is ever going to be hit with the same penalty that we were. The Premier League and FA would bottle it due to the inevitable law suit. Maybe a lower division club but not one in the top flight.

So if Redknapp & Manderine are found guilty do they then fail the fit and proper person test  - although it don't seem to apply to managers

If the money was paid to someone on behalf of PFC then its club business, same as with STFC
