If you take in to account their new stadium and larger population, our attendances are pretty similar. So I'd say its a bullshit article cobbled together to fill some space. When he states "through history", I can only assume that he is referring to the last decade. The author just seems to copy and paste stuff from before then. Man Utd are about to hit the wall with the floating part of their debt and every other Prem club is looking for a buyer or loaded up with debt. Whilst Swindon has had its share of muppets running the club, it's not as if we're the only club in that position.
