Fred, where did you get yours from for that De Vere ball. Sure it was tkmax or matalan? Not looked this. edit: Seems the days of their £35 tux are gone, looks about £50 now. You could just hire one I suppose but that is probably just as expensive. http://direct.asda.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-ASDA-Site/default/Search-Show?q=tuxedo Title: Re: Black tie event Post by: Sippo on Monday, December 14, 2009, 12:18:29 Its only the Blundson Arms. Guess they're trying to keep the riff raff out.
Do you think I could get away with a morning suit? I really don't want to spend money for one night. Title: Re: Black tie event Post by: LJ9 on Monday, December 14, 2009, 12:25:18 Just use a normal black suit then look to buy/hire a tux shirt. A dickie bow only costs a couple of quid
Title: Re: Black tie event Post by: Jamiesfuturewife on Monday, December 14, 2009, 13:34:13 I went to a wedding that was black tie last week - It defo means tux! but surely liek someone said just adding a bow tie and shirt to a black suit would be fine?
