That's the only true benefit of ADSL over cable isn't it? You only get good down with cable where as you get both with ADSL. I don't really get up or down though, so should just go slightly red and wish i could get better than an unstable 3.2mbps. Its not a limitation of cable, its just the limit Virgin have put in place. The cable technology can go a lot faster than that, 50mb down and 10mb up at present rising to 200mb down and 100mb up with the latest version Virgin are rolling out.
