Haven't seen the DVD, but I am a big fan of the office, and liked Animals, so worth a watch me thinks

The extras on the DVD are class. I think they're showing some of the extras, but in my opinion the extras were :Ride On Fatbury's Lovestick:

Watched most of it until the last 20 minutes because I kept drifting off.  Not bad

I thought it was good.  Loved the bit about Africa calling us up in the 80's.  Drought???  You should've been here in 76 mate.  Thought the wanking during a shower scene in Schlinders List was pretty close to the edge.  But original.

I thought he was close to overstepping the line a few times

Yeah but that's his style isn't it.  I mean when he starts the show by picking on a disabled gay Egyptian you know it's not going to be the most politically correct show on the planet.

PS He wasn't gay.

But that was the point of the show. It was called politics because it was more to do with political correctness than political issues. I thought it was great; didn't over-step the mark because he was being so twatish just like David Brent.

I preferred Animals... Did C4 do what they did when they aired Animals by sticking some extras in between jokes... That annoyed me. I've got the Politics Guerava t-shirt, it's pretty cool.

Gervais is a legend... His TV show on C4 pre-Office was pretty close to that "edge"

"Remember if you're donating to the Africans, dont give 'em blankets... It's fucking boiling out there"

Cue the  :old:  squad.
