Buy a German Sheppard and let it off its lead for 10 mins. Title: Re: Cat Post by: Ginginho on Sunday, October 25, 2009, 07:37:43 Try your local vets, they can advise on things like this.
They can tell you the best places to go. Also they have boards up with people who are selling/giving away kittens. Just make sure they are toilet trained before you get them, it makes your life a whole lot easier! Title: Re: Cat Post by: Spy on Sunday, October 25, 2009, 10:29:32 Try looking on gum tree.
Title: Re: Cat Post by: Doore on Sunday, October 25, 2009, 11:33:30 I had quite a bit to drink last night - I don't remember posting this.
I would like a cat though. Title: Re: Cat Post by: dell boy on Sunday, October 25, 2009, 12:02:44 I had quite a bit to drink last night - I don't remember posting this. I would like a cat though. If you can wait a few months I will send my 'tomcat' Harry to visit the area of your choice, there will be plenty of unwanted kittens to choose from in no-time. Title: Re: Cat Post by: Jamiesfuturewife on Monday, October 26, 2009, 10:13:58 ahhhhhh I love my cat sooooo much - I found an advert in like pets at home or somewhere someone was giving away kittens (mind you Ive had her about 6 years now) They were really horrid gippo people and I really wish I had taken more than one cat now but still
Places like RSPC etc are very strict - they said our road was too busy (I live in a village) and as we both work full time they refused us! :( Title: Re: Cat Post by: herthab on Monday, October 26, 2009, 10:16:22 The only good cat is a dead cat.
Waste of oxygen, horrible fucking creatures. Title: Re: Cat Post by: Jamiesfuturewife on Monday, October 26, 2009, 10:17:07 Your nothing but a big meany!!!
Title: Re: Cat Post by: herthab on Monday, October 26, 2009, 10:19:31 A dog is great company. You can take them anywhere. A cat is a pet for people who don't really want a pet, all you have to do is give it food and access to a place to shit and it's happy.

What purpose do they serve? Title: Re: Cat Post by: Reg Smeeton on Monday, October 26, 2009, 10:56:24 I'd have to agree, i'm not a big cat person. What purpose do they serve? Big cats keep the wildebeest population in check...I think you gnu this. Title: Re: Cat Post by: Ginginho on Monday, October 26, 2009, 11:10:14 Cats are ace. My two are playful and affectionate.
Plus, I don't have to take them for walks every day or pick their shit up either. Title: Re: Cat Post by: BANGKOK RED on Monday, October 26, 2009, 11:42:48 The only good cat is a dead cat. Waste of oxygen, horrible fucking creatures. This, partly because I am allergic to them. Tigers, Leapords (sp) and Panthers are OK though. Especially Panthers as they are the coolest. Lions can fuck-off though because they kill Cheetah cubs, the cunts that they are. Did you know that Panthers are really just leapoards with black fur? They even have the leapoards spots but you just can't see them. Well now you do know. Title: Re: Cat Post by: jayohaitchenn on Monday, October 26, 2009, 11:46:31 Cats are fucking quality! I used to do assault courses with my cat using ham. Ham is like crack to cats and you can make them jump about and climb stuff to get it. Literally hours of fun.
His best move was jumping about 5 feet from the TV to the fireplace. He had to land on a surface that was about 6 inches across. He would land all 4 feet at the same time with his head stretched right up against the wall. I managed to get him to climb the curtains a few times, but he didn't really like it. Sadly I could never get him to climb the back of my spiral staircase. Title: Re: Cat Post by: BANGKOK RED on Monday, October 26, 2009, 12:20:46 Stupid cat.

Title: Re: Cat Post by: wiggy on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, 19:59:27 The only good cat is a dead cat. Waste of oxygen, horrible fucking creatures. Spot on. We used to get loads of birds in our garden, then a family with 9 cats move in and three are no birds left. Still, we got a whippet 2 months ago and at least the cats don't dare shit in our garden any more. Title: Re: Cat Post by: Talk Talk on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, 20:12:33 Don't go near the RSPCA, as JFW says they are complete Nazis.
Better to buy one privately then you can grill/charbroil/stir fry them without hindrance.
