I know, I keep picking on the Adver's headlines, but they really are shit.

Lucas? As in George Lucas?

That was my thinking.

A quick flick through the last few pages at all the shit pun filled headlines shows they've all been written by Anthony Marshall. He's certainly no nevillew.

No, the headlines are generally written by the subs, the journos just write the stories. So unless the Adver are really cutting back and have sacked all their subs, this probably isn't his fault. And sometimes you find the first "summary" paragraph wasn't in the original story either, that can often get inserted/changed by a sub and so completely change the tone of the piece.
