Food: One of my greatest passions.

Tonight I had pork fillet (my favourite cut of meat) sliced into small pieces, stir fried with ginger, red chilli, 5 spice and spring onions, sauced with soy sauce and runny honey.

The noodles are chucked in once cooked.

Bloody lovely, and possibly even healthy.

Bit of an oddball combo tonight, but very nice all the same. Baked Feta in a tomato sauce, red chili and herb sauce, a greek salad (pomodoro's, olives and red onion) and an selection of cold meats (chorizo, salami, prosciutto etc) and a fresh baguette.

So you're making it a whole weekend of Italian food then?

I'm just about to tuck into a tune pasta bake with garlic bread. Yum.

Who knows. Yesterdays not drinking mysteriously evolved into a day on the beer followed by a mini crawl up and down north street.

Drank cider after work for four hours and staggered home. Then remembered I had made Moroccan couscous which I stuffed into a pita with haloumi cheese, cherry tomatoes and rocket. Was amazing. FACT
