Title: New Laptop question Post by: Chubbs on Saturday, June 27, 2009, 13:15:05 Im getting a new laptop as mines a heap of shit (it was a freebie) and i have recently been getting quite into gaming, but im not too clued up on it, ive got this one in mind

Apparently it's quite heavy though, so don't plan on carrying it anywhere. Processor could be a bit better but is good enough for a laptop.
It should handle most games, you won't be able to run top settings on the more modern games though and forget about Crysis unless you want to play it in a tiny window. If you're really concerned about games you can build a desktop with a decent flat panel monitor at the same price which will outspec the laptop in every way. Cheapest I can find that one now is £483 inc vat. For the money it's got a very good spec. |
