Title: Stockport Post by: ronnie21 on Thursday, June 25, 2009, 18:50:35 Don't know if I am really recycling old news - apologies if I am - but a friend who lives up north told me that Stockport owe Diadora nearly £50,000 and have been told they will not be getting a new kit this season, or any more replica kits!

Title: Re: Stockport Post by: STFC_Gazza on Saturday, July 4, 2009, 19:50:44 Stockport have agreeed a CVA
Title: Re: Stockport Post by: michael on Sunday, July 5, 2009, 13:10:32 If they have agreed a CVA then they won't get any further penalties.
I think I am right in saying that. Let's see how Southampton get on. Title: Re: Stockport Post by: STFC_Gazza on Sunday, July 5, 2009, 16:03:17 If they have agreed a CVA then they won't get any further penalties. I think I am right in saying that. Let's see how Southampton get on. That is correct. I believe thats why Luton and Bournemouth were fucked about because they came out of administration without a CVA? Title: Re: Stockport Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Sunday, July 5, 2009, 19:58:38 Not as such Gazz. Luton did agree a CVA however HMRC challenged it and therefore the CVA wasn't actually carried forward therefore resulting in a further points deduction. I think Bournemouth had a similar situation. If HMRC challenge the CVA Stockport has agreed with it's creditors then there could still be trouble ahead.
Title: Re: Stockport Post by: STFC_Gazza on Sunday, July 5, 2009, 22:17:09 Knew it was something like that, couldnt be bothered to read back... an approved CVA then!
Title: Re: Stockport Post by: Doore on Monday, July 6, 2009, 21:04:42 According to Sky Sports News Stockport are talking to Neil Lennon about a managerial position. Dull news, but still news.
