5th in the premiership 37 points off the top is poor especially as they were top 4 last year, he's done extremely well in Europe but Mourinho did the same with Porto last year. you can't really compare managers across all the leagues can you? if you put kingy in the premiership....he wouldn't last i don't think. while in this division he is respectable. My nomination for Manager of the Season would be Steve Burr, manager of Northwich Victoria of the Conference who managed to stay up despite a 10 point deduction at the start of the season for going into administration.
