Seems to me that fitton may have been asked to shut up a bit by celtic. He made it clear there was a bid and has now backtracked

The longer this goes on the more i'm inclined to think Coxy will still be with us next season which can only be a good thing. Surely Coxy signing a new contract would sell an additional 500-1000 season tickets alone?

I must admit I couldn't give a toss where Cox ends up as long as we maximise the amount of money we receive. If its from a rival then fair enough £2.25 from Leeds is better than £2m from WBA for example.

I don't think he talks shite in the sense that he sounds like he doesn't know what he's on about. What I do find though is that as in this article, he'll come out and say something that completely contradicts something he's previously said.

Nothing wrong with what he's said in this article though. He's telling the fans we don't have to sell, but we will if it's right for club and player (which he's said all along), so the likes of Leeds can fuck off.

Everyone is talking about when Cox is going to be going and who to, so I think he's doing the fans justice whilst trying to bump up the price a bit.
