Has just been confirmed above..after the resignation of Bungle later this afternoon. As a side note my research has shown that the voice of Zippy was the same man who did the Daleks in Dr Who....Exterminaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate..Exterminaaaaaaaaaaaaaate. Pretty big deal seeing as its the first time in over 300 years that MP's have forced the Speaker of the House out of office. It's going to be a good while before Parliament recovers from all this shit that's been going on.
