I've got to take a training course at 10 this morning. The delegates are store managers, otherwise known as the biggest bunch of negative, miserable, moaning bastards you'll ever meet. The topic? Performance Reviews. None of them are remotely interested and neither am I. I'm finding it difficult to feel energetic, when I know they'll just go back to their stores and either not do their staff reviews at all, or fake them just to be left alone.
