Don't know if anybody from here drinks in there, but I've been given a heads up that there's a gang operating in there at the moment.

They have spotters inside the pub eyeing up punters wilth expensive mobiles / wallets full of cash etc. then when the punters leave they're being mugged in the side streets off Manchester Road.

Police are aware but because they haven't identified who the spotters are yet there are still muggings happening.

i drink in there a bit.pretty diverse pub with all sorts going in there.
what kind of people are doing the muggings?
white,black,asian,irish?

Really?  I've been going there for a while now pre home matches and never seen or heard of any trouble.  Great little boozer is the Tap.

As you'd be hard pressed to find a Ger's/Hearts pub down in our neck of the woods I really couldn't imagine the pain you must feel B.O.!

No love for the Gers Jan!! Massive game at Ibrox this weekend following on from the Derby defeat at ER last weekend. 

I'm gutted we lost to you lot in the cup and then beat you at ER when it doesn't really count for much, yeah we need to finish in the top six, but you know what I mean. 

Actually having just looked at the table if we beat Aberdeen tomorrow (which I don't think will happen) we'd only be a point behind the Dons in the race for the 4th spot, so maybe I doing the derby win a mis-service.

Hope you boys do alright against the hun tomorrow though, nothing better than seeing Rangers lose at home!!  Now that's a club in crisis!

Dundee United are playing Celtic so if the Tic win then its all pretty tight for 4th place. I am hoping that Hearts have enough of a buffer to claim 3rd but it is tight down to Motherwell in 7th for that final European place!!

Hibs haven't been consistent enough, or good enough, to rightfully claim that 4th spot.  I wouldn't be upset to see Mixu go, don't think he's done enough to hang around after this season, but the Hi-Bee board won't sack him - too expensive.

Don't forget MM's ICT coming up on the rails to get 4th ;-)  Mathematically they could still do it.

I got my 1st DVd player brand new in a box (he had 10 of them) from junkie in the Tap for £30 in the days when they were £200 new.Used to love that boozer when i lived round there,best Pub ive ever known for knock off goods.Dont think the smack heads are allowed in there anymore though.
