How far is station?  Taxiable?

"Yeovil has two railway stations, Yeovil Junction is 2-3 miles out of town and Pen Mill junction about a mile from the town centre.  Both are on the opposite side of town to the ground.  From both stations it is advised to get a taxi to the stadium or alternatively if you arrive at Yeovil Junction, then you can catch the ‘Hopper’ minibus to the bus station in the town centre. "

Steve seemed to think a taxi from the station wouldn't be too bad. I suppose if you get it to and from the Arrow it'll be a little easier too.

The station is fucking miles from what I remember, although my last 2 visits I've been smashed. You've got to walk through some park and all the way through the town centre.

It's a really long walk, I would advise against it

Its not so bad getting to the ground but its a a proper fucker  getting back after the game.

Get a taxi to the Arrow pub and phone for a taxi at the Arrow after.

Trying to get a taxi from the ground after the game is near impossible, unless you still want to be there for hours.

I would imaging we will have a fair few there, especially if we beat Hereford

I'm considering going down on the train as well. Will see next week.

I've got space for one in my car for a lift there. You'll have to find your own way back though because I'm not returning until Sunday.

Says £16 for seated tickets, but I was only offered the terrace so I would say all the seats have been sold

No seated tickets were sent to Swindon. They are only available on the day.

1) Is this game all ticket?
2) Making my debut at Huish Park so need to know if Drive will be able to get parked anywhere near the ground?
3) Are there any pubs anywhere near by where one will be able to indulge one's self in the England game?

Anyone parking at the ground in the away supporter's car park, I suggest you take some emergency rations incase you end up taking 2 hours to get out like I did a couple of years ago.

Last 2 times we drove we parked in the housing estate that is on the left hand side before the turning for the ground (if you are coming from the dual carriage way) - if you get there in reasonable time you should be able to park there
