Average. I've got a bit of a cough, which was fun whilst playing squash.

I slept then drunk some Wine and walked the Dogs.

Id like Christopher Eklestone to play me and Daddy from "the Dog Whisperer" to play my Dog.

I clearly spend to much time in the high numbers of my Digital TV

I slept off last night's booze, didn't do much else then went for a meal and to the cinema. All in all, a good day.

I'm debating whether to watch another film now because I don't feel tired.

Has anybody made a romantic comedy set over a football forum? They did that email one didn't they?

I might try and get a screenplay in early so that I can claim one of those studios have nicked the idea and claim millions.

I ate too much apple pie and custard and chocolate peanut tart and now feel fucking awful.

Reminds me of the time the posh London delicatessen "Paul" had free cake and I took four pieces and vomited all over Hyde Park.

Do you think C4 or one of their production companies would be interested in making "flammableBen's Unemployed Nightmares"? Where I go about showing disillusioned unemployed people how to amuse themselves on no money?

You'll need to send me the recipe, as my burgers were brilliant, but they were no death burgers.

i bought some nettle tea also recently as er i thought it might be better than the green tea's...i've not had it yet due to the god awful taste of the green tea's

I hurt so much. An 8 hour crash course in snowboarding yesterday has completely ruined my body.

FYI, Yorkshire tea, White, no sugar is my tea preference

Tetley or Yorkshire if we're talking normal tea. Milk no sugar

Twining's Earl Grey if i'm feeling posh or trying to impress. as above, less milk.

Can't beat a nice cup of English Breakfast, with one sugar(all you no sugar cunts make me sick).

Herbal teas are all good, provided they have a nice dollop of honey, otherwise they taste shite.

Coffee is better than tea, although I do drink a bit of tea now, after several years of not.
