Title: Michael Jackson?
Post by: Dazzza on Thursday, March 5, 2009, 15:12:06
He ain’t been black since the Commodores.

He really is an odd creature though isn’t he and yet people still flock to see him.

Paedophile
Bleacher
Butcher
Preacher

He’s got more previous than Glitter on tour and yet our very own poor old Paul Gadd is reduced to growing a white wispy beard and hiding in friend’s flats while Michael is making 50 odd million.  Double standards indeed.

Anyway, I can see half the dates being cancelled and the other half sung by his army of backing children that he uses.

Michael Jackson's got to be a million times more talented than Gadd the Lad though...

Michael Jackson is an absolute legend musically. As a person well he is clearly quite the opposite.

If I don't get a ticket I'm going to start killing people who do get tickets!

I will be buying a few for the first few shows to resell.  The way I see it the old perv will at least manage the first couple of shows so less likely to have to refund.

Anyone snapped up presale tickets yet?

I managed to get options on opening night corp hospitality £800 (no ta) and general options for the later shows in August by which time I'd imagine he'll have conked out or gone loopy.

Not sure if I can be arsed for the 7am ticket scrabble in the morning, certainly a couple of quid to be made before the reviews are in.

I was tempted to get a few to sell when there were 10 gigs announced, then it went up to 24 and there are now 45 dates at the o2! If he does them all i will be amazed, and i don't think it's worth it now as there are so many dates.

I own Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad and joking aside he was my favourite as a kid. However, I had no urge to go, he's become a sad, isolated figure who'll no doubt either cancel half of the shows or be awful.

I thought this actually. His creditors though must be licking their lips.

My other half got two for us in Jan at the O2.  Block 108 I think!

Can't believe the interest ??? He must be laughing his nose off !
Hope he doesn't visit Jade Goodey as he suggested, in a black coat he resembles the Grim Reaper and that would not be a good thing !(......but then he's bad..you know it !)

I'd rather jam screwdrivers in my ears.

Do you reckon, after he molest small boys, he whispers "You've been touched by a smooth criminal"?

Fair play to anyone that wants to go, I've never liked him. Probably cos my little bro was so into him (!) when we were kids.

Now, if it was Michael Jackass doing some placenta paintaball or naked chicken skating, that would be a different matter altogether!

Thats ace - I did notice he was jumping on the Jade Goody bandwagon! - didnt he ring her up or something?
Anyone see the drunk guy in the queue at the O2 this morning on GMTV? he was wearing a Jacko hat and glasses (circa 1987) and was rambling on about how he had drank a bottle of brandy to "keep warm"
I think people may need to drinka bottle of brandy before they attend?
I just cant see how a frail ill old man is going to pull this off?

Perhaps he'll have a bottle or two of brandy...but it makes him randy that would be very dangerous ! (but not for everyone)

I prefer "Bottom Feeder".

Couldn't be arsed in the end.  To many cooks ruin the broth and a quick butchers at ebay shows about a third of presale tickets were already on sale.

My boss has brought 6 tickets on pre-sales - he is keeping two and selling 4 - I think he thought he was going to get thousands for them but now hes announced so many dates I cant see him getting that much - only the front row and good seats seem to be going for megabucks

Good. Maybe he'll think twice before being a greedy git next time.
