I got up early today, so I doubt I'll be up when you get up. Not sure though. My sleeping patterns are all over the fucking place at the moment.

I put it down to not drinking any caffine last week and then coming back to my usual randomly spaced cups of tea and coffee with which I fill my days.

I'd struggle on the skimmed milk in my tea and, of course, cheese.

I like milk in tea, and no fake milks are a good enough supplement. I also like cereal with milk and cannot live without cheese.

i tried the tesco premium stuff the other day, 5% and wasn't bad.

I  tried giving up booze totally to get my blood pressure down,I lasted 6 days then had a bottle of red (its good for the Heart isnt it?) then had another night off drinking then fell off the wagon big time.

Lent is 40 days and 40 nights. So thought I'd give it a bash just as a challenge really. I usually give up booze but didn't fancy that.

I never had any january exams whilst at uni, although I would have in my third year (which I did in my forth year) if I hadn't given up by then.

January exams went quite well for me, I was suprised... marks probably averaging out about 70% thus far.

I had cricket club initiations last night, I know your views on Uni sports teams Ben but was absolutely brilliant and horrendous in equal measure, and I think we kept the other punters in the Fleet amused...

Lack of fundage and a quite important presentation tomorrow morning put paid to that idea long ago. It was a very nice cake though

I'm tired and pissed, winding down at the stage where I'm happy to go to bed and not drink anymore. Haven't drank enough to stop my brain constantly trying to think everything though. It's annoying being tired and yet not wanting to sleep, it's not something you can really force.
