Title: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: alanmayes on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 10:40:21 BBC3 Tonight at 7pm have live coverage of the Milan vs Inter SerieA game.I've been fortunate to have been
to a Milan derby and it's an unforgettable experience. Inter flying high at the top under Jose, with Juve and Milan trying to play catch up. Last time they played, the game was decided by a very good Ronaldhino goal.Love the Brazilian commentator... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qxv4Fk8Liak Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Simon Pieman on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 10:44:44 He sounds a bit like a low pitched tea pot that's just boiled.
Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Bogus Dave on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 11:46:43 Does a tea pot boil?
Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Simon Pieman on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 11:54:38 Does a tea pot boil? You knew what I meant young Dave. I hope this pedantic streak does not continue or some bad karma will be coming your way. Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Ironside on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 13:01:03 They did this the other week too.
Looks like the BBC have taken to showing all of Beckham's games while he's out there. Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Reg Smeeton on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 13:05:43 Does a tea pot boil? If heated to a sufficient temperature....a chocolate teapot, having a lower boiling point than a ceramic teapot. Great clip though. Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Barry Scott on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 18:11:34 An Ex lived in Milan for a few years and she went to the San Siro several times. She showed me photos, but as she didn't like Football and couldn't see what all the fuss was about... Seems a bit of a silly thing to say imo, i mean the photos spoke volumes.
Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: DV on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 19:15:44 That moving sponsers wall behind Mourinho during the interview is doing my eyes in...
...bloody hell, I didnt know Mourinho hasnt lost a home league(I think) game since February 2002!! 7 years and 109 games at home, not a single defeat Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: A Gent Orange on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 19:21:53 It's good to see that Alan Hansen is equally out of his depth with Italian football as he is with the Premier League... No, it's just got worse... Mark Bright!

The audio is really annoying. Shots are being saved easily before they are being struck. As you approach the ground from the city centre on the tram you look at the side which still has just the 2 tiers whilst the others all have 3 tiers. This means the roof is probably 100 metres above the stand and it looks absolutely incredible. I was blown away by it. Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Scot Munroe on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 20:27:32 2-0 Inter. Adriano and Stankovic. Maicon has to be one of the best Right backs at the moment
Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: alanmayes on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 21:37:12 Overall an entertaining game, with 2 different styles of play.Milan are more pleasing on the eye
with their skillful passing and Inter with their more direct style.Pato and Adriano the prime examples. Jose really knows what he wants from his teams and it's very, very effective. It'll be a battle of wits between him and Ferguson for sure,in the Champions League Quarter Finals. Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: stfctownenda on Sunday, February 15, 2009, 22:36:31 Was surprised at how entertaining this game was, after being used to italian football being very boring this was a great end to end game especially in the second half when Milan tried to get back into the game. First time I have seen Pato for 90 mins, that boy is special. Best Ronaldinho has been in a long time as well.

Title: Re: AC Milan vs Inter - BBC3 Tonight Post by: Bob's Orange on Monday, February 16, 2009, 08:04:10 Went to San Siro last season for the second time, it really is an incredible ground as you pull up on the tram, took my dad last season and his exact words as it came into view was "fucking hell" Im going to the Barca derby on saturday night at the Nou camp. Barca v Espanyol, cant fucking wait. I went to the Nou Camp last season to see Barca v Mallorca. Was thoroughly dissapointed, the crowd was shite, they booed about 5 of their players from the start of the game and were waving the white hankies. It was only half full and even at 2-0 up were silent. I was pleased when Mallorca came back to win 3-2 in the last minute. Will be much different this season though with Barca riding high and playing some really good stuff. The Nou Camp is in a real 'working class' area of Barcelona. Much preferred the Bernabau which we went to days before. The fact Real beat Barca 4-1 probably helped but the atmosphere was incredible. Best ground I've been to.
