Having sat through this it would have been most apt for ITV to have missed the goal. It came back in time for me - I imagine it was the same everywhere else right?

also, remember years and years ago in the Prem when our away game at Coventry was on TV. The game cut out right near the end.

As it cut out I turned to dad and said we just scored. Screen comes back with Andy Mutch celebrating

1-1

fucking weird

Nope, didn't come back in time for me!!  I wasn't "flicking" like Batch either, I don't usually "flick" during a merseyside derby.

No, here they came back in time for the celebration dying down, ie well after the goal was scored. After the pig's ear they made of 3rd round highlights, hope the FA give the coverage back to BBC next year (yeah, some hope)

Talking of adverts I watched some of the cricket on the Indian cricket channel and there were adverts after EVERY over. I was tearing my hair out as I had to endure the same set of terrible adverts about 30 times an hour!!

James Allen greater than Murray Walker? I would offer you outside, but it looks a bit cold.

I've never seen an Indian game with a 30 over per hour rate.

It was the West Indies v England match I was watching.

I didn't count the ads, it was a guess, what is the normal over per hour rate?

When C4 had it they put one advert on in between every other over and then a full break for wickets / tea etc.
