Title: Tuesday night football Post by: dell boy on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:09:35 Well what's left of it ...
These two scores so far help us big-time, another couple of club being dragged into the relegation dog-fight. Walsall 0-1 Leicester: Fryatt (12) Huddersfield 1-0 Hartlepool: Nelson (9 o.g.) Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:20:01 Both POTENTIAL results in our favour. I wonder if Matty Fryatt ever thought he'd be scoring against his old team for Leicester in the third tier when he left them?
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: dell boy on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:24:31 You can definitely see Walsall being sucked into the relegation battle.
Walsall 0-2 Leicester: King (34) Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:25:32 Hartlepool equalise.
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: dell boy on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:37:37 Stockport 0-1 Franchise: Wilbraham (36)
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Reg Smeeton on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:39:52 Both results in our favour. I wonder if Matty Fryatt ever thought he'd be scoring against his old team for Leicester in the third tier when he left them? They only become results at the end of the game... Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:53:57 They only become results at the end of the game... My apologies. Correction: Both latest scores were blah blah blah Hartlepool have since equalised blah blah Leicester 3-0 up blahdy blah blah :) Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: ronnie21 on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:54:24 They only become results at the end of the game... Quite right Reg, always pisses me off when that stupid pitchside announcer says he will give us the half-time results!Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Reg Smeeton on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:56:20 Quite right Reg, always pisses me off when that stupid pitchside announcer says he will give us the half-time results! I'm glad I'm not alone in that Ronnie.... Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 20:57:51 I corrected my typo. What more do you people want?

Why> ???Aren't you interested in what's going on in our league? Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: herthab on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:02:28 I think the militant wing of the Pedant Peoples Front are starting up a new campaign of terror.....
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: dell boy on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:02:31 Walsall now 4 down.
Wolves losing at home, everything seems to be going Readings way at the moment. Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: herthab on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:05:04 If we can extend Kanu's loan deal until the end of the summer and Reading go up, they may be open to offers......
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: dell boy on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:05:24 Looking forward to Southampton next season!!!!
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:12:04 ...and it's not looking good for Charlton either, 9 points from safety.
As long as we stay up, the Stratton Bank may be used more next season! Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Scot Munroe on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:15:54 Walsall pulled one back. 4-1 Leicester.
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:43:17 Poor ol' Southampton, injury time equaliser and they still lost.
Southampton could be the team I 'irrationally' dislike the most. Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Samdy Gray on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:47:22 I like Southampton. They're my second team. Shame to see them crash and burn.
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:50:05 I like Southampton. They're my second team. Shame to see them crash and burn. Just sit back, take a deep sigh and think "meh, fuck em". Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Samdy Gray on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:51:37 In all normality I would, but family ties make it difficult.
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, February 3, 2009, 21:54:29 In all normality I would, but family ties make it difficult. Fair enough. An old friend used to take me to The Dell all the time back in the 90's - but then my mate got cocky, went on-and-on when they knocked us out of the FA Cup (they were 1st tier, we were 3rd tier) after a replay and then told me that they'd be in the Prem for decades (they went down a year or so later). I always think of that latter comment when they lose. Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: DV on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, 01:21:19 funny how walsall managed to play their game against Leicester tonight but when it was our game (and they had about 8 players with flu) it was called off!!!
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: donkey on Thursday, February 5, 2009, 08:04:27 Glad I wasn't alone in thinking that Dell...I used to quite like Walsall, going off them a bit.
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: wheretherealredsare on Saturday, February 7, 2009, 09:51:35 I think the militant wing of the Pedant Peoples Front are starting up a new campaign of terror..... Just caught up on this. Presumably you mean Pedant People's Front? Militants must be having a nap I assume. Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: herthab on Saturday, February 7, 2009, 10:25:30 Just caught up on this. Presumably you mean Pedant People's Front? Militants must be having a nap I assume. That's why they turned my application down. Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: nevillew on Saturday, February 7, 2009, 17:52:23 Just caught up on this. Presumably you mean Pedant People's Front? Militants must be having a nap I assume. Or possibly the Pedant Peoples' Front ? Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: Nemo on Saturday, February 7, 2009, 17:57:18 Surely Pedantic People's Front?
Title: Re: Tuesday night football Post by: wheretherealredsare on Saturday, February 7, 2009, 20:21:28 Why, no! I thought we were referring to the people working at the Pedant 3 Web Service (involved in maintaining the PEDANT 3 database, a Protein Extraction, Description and ANalysis Tool) which was allegedly any entity set up by and controlled by another organization, such as an intelligence agency, organized crime group, a banned organization, religious or political group, advocacy group, or corporation.
