Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, 20:48:49 5 minutes yellow card to Uxbridge Captain Mark Nicholls
Evenly matched opening 20 minutes, 'Marine just edging possession. 23 minutes yellow card for |Uxbridge forward Johnnie Dyer. 24 Nicholls red card for Uxbridge, yellow card for Marine's Horgan. 26 minutes yellow card for Reds Kevin Warner. 28 0-1 Danny Allewn scores for Swindon Supermarine. Marine now in control against the ten men. 32 0-2 Alan Griffin scores fine goal to put Marine firmly in charge. 36 0-3 |Looks like game over as Steve Cook scores simple goal. Two minutes of added time at end of first half. Stoppage time and mayhem ensues as Uxbridge reduced to 8 men, first Mark Dennison sent off for an alleged two footed tackle, then Uxbridge Manager Tony Choules sent to stands for questioning the decision and to cap off a disastrous first half for Uxbridge Johnnie Dyer received a second yellow card. Back to the football and Swindon Supermarine well worth their 3-0 lead. HALF TIME UXBRIDGE 0-3 SWINDON SUPERMARINE Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: suttonred on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, 20:50:30 Doesn't the game get halted if 4 from the same side are sent off? Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: wheretherealredsare on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, 14:25:56 The A2 eastbound, near Swanscombe Cutting would be very good. It's all downhill from there.
Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: Mexicano Rojo on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, 14:27:06 ok so if supermarine start getting promoted at what point do we start hating them? we could end up playing them if they got a couple of promotions here and there.
Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: Samdy Gray on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, 14:29:01 I dislike them already. I think now's a good starting point.
Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: Mexicano Rojo on Wednesday, January 14, 2009, 14:35:09 I remember years ago when i lived in Birmingham I used to go with some friends to watch the blues. When they used to read out the half time scores people would cheer if walsall were winning. a couple of years later they ended up in the same division and it was total hatred. always wondered if the line is crossed if they become direct competition

Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: THE FLASH on Thursday, January 15, 2009, 12:34:24 I used to play in the Salisbury and District league....played at a place called Damerham.....ref sent off4 players, manager, a already banned player on the sidelines and 3 old blokes who had come to watch....all from the homeside.
Real fisticufs ..... one of the old blokes wrapped a walking stick around my legs as i pissed down the wing...all i did is give their rookie defender a nudge in the back to score from a corner..... Title: Re: Uxbridge players Post by: Gazza's Fat Mate on Friday, January 16, 2009, 20:16:25 non-league football is brilliant. You get to abuse the players face to face and see their reaction when you tell'm you've bum fucked their sisters ha ha ha
