Title: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:23:01 I think it's fucking ace. Although sprotiticiticicus or whatever he's called is a knob.
Also this is amazing and should be listened to over and over again. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=UfLAv3JHRwY Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: yeo on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:23:55 That little girls 26 or something
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:25:16 17.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:26:04 Is it wrong to dress myself up in a pink wig and a little dress whilst putting my mobile on vibrate and sticking it up my arse? All in front of a mirror obviously.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:28:30 Probably is quite wrong. Just wondering.
I like the original non remixed version to. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=-azqXygCzO8 Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:30:19 Lazy Town is nothing on Big Cook Little Cook though. Which is by far the best thing on television. You can stick your lost 24 heroes up my pink arse.

Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:42:17 Balamory is also a favourite of mine. It's a bit more old school in that it generally has a strong story structure; the old problem solved by one of the characters special skills. Still allows for a wide variety of interesting episodes, and of course the songs are ace and easy to sing along to.
My favourite is Spencer's http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=sdnKwLKfkTI Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: leefer on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:45:26 http://www.peppapig.com
Sorry Ben the pig rules. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:50:14 I've honestly never seen Peppa Pig.
I'll have to try and catch it one day. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:54:16 Also worth a mention are In the Night Garden and Charlie and Lola. Both brilliant, although the former creeps me out a bit.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 00:58:46 I don't believe I forgot Space Pirates. Fucking awesome show.
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=C4K0rpkCMHA I definitely recommend trying to catch it. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 01:03:55 It's not all awesome though
I sort of like the Tweenies but generally find it hard to watch. Mainly because Bella is a bitch. Tikkabilla is a bit crap. Doesn't do it for me, all a bit twee. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 01:07:49 Nina and The Neurons is a brilliant watch. Informative and fun. The way telly should be.
The bird who presents it isn't bad either. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 01:18:10 Enough children telly ramblings from me I'm afraid.
Time for bed and a bit of Doctor Who. Running through Peter Davison. Watched his first serial "Castrovalva" earlier. Onto "Four to Doomsday" next. Good night all. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: ibelieveinmrreeves on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 11:30:51 In the Night Garden is my nephew's favourite. Iggle Piggle looks like he has downs and I struggle with the concept that Makka Pakka is tiny. Not sure why.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: leefer on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 11:51:48 Yes the music is strangely enchanting too..ive had many a strange look while humming the Night Garden theme tune.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: ibelieveinmrreeves on Sunday, December 21, 2008, 23:18:04 Saw this and it reminded me of the Lazy Town vid...

the little john remix actually made me laugh out loud. i've heard good things about iggle piggle. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 11:59:58 That is one amusing photoshop image.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 12:05:57 Kids show are often filled with the most fear inducing crazy shit you can imagine. My favourite example is this dude...
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/vlcsnap-3247082.jpg ... from epic Look and Read Story Through the Dragon's Eye. Fucking Brilliant. Gave me nightmares as a kid. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: grubby on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 12:18:13 Ben. I can give you a copy of the LT cd at the game on Sun if you want. Then you can learn all the words and sing them at the games.
BTW. Have you nothing better to do? Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: Lumps on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 12:27:36 Nina and The Neurons is a brilliant watch. Informative and fun. The way telly should be. The bird who presents it isn't bad either. Jesus Ben you REALLY need to get a job! Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 12:51:07 Kids telly is on at weekends too.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: Rich Pullen on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 12:54:06 Kids telly is on at weekends too. Saturday/Sunday morning cartoons in the early 90's were amazing. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: Samdy Gray on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 13:15:20 Saturday/Sunday morning cartoons in the early 90's were amazing. I remember my mum having to forcibly remove me from my bed to go to school during the week, but at weekends I'd quite easily get up at 6am of my own free will just to watch cartoons on the telly. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: Saxondale on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 13:18:30 In the 5 years of having kids, I have in no way managed to bear the dreadful kids tv by questionable thoughts of presenters like Naomi on Milkshake. Oh no, not me.
Incidentally that Miss Hoolie in balamory is a dirty cow. You just know that during the night the spencer, archie and even pc plum are round hers being dominated inthe most depraved ways. :crucified: :shaun: :dog: :moon: Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: flammableBen on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 14:30:34 These fucking kids are retarded. Leave the dippy girl who can't read very well behind, with the main job of reading a big fuck off book. The whole of Pelamar is in danger for fucks sake!
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: Don Rogers Shop on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 14:39:35 lazy town is cool i have the album. you are a pirate is easily the best song.
Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: Saxondale on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 14:47:56 Teamwork is also good, but cooking by the book is the best for me. Its like the vengaboys never went away.
This is the reason I never put my Ipod on 'party shuffle' bing bang followed by suzanne by Leonard Cohen is just to weird to contemplate. Title: Re: Lazy Town Post by: grubby on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, 15:17:32 Ya Ha Diddly Dee
