I think there must be something fundamentely wrong with the set up of the club.
When you look back at the number of players who have chosen not to join the club when supposidly they were "done deals" only for them to join clubs like Cheltenham, Hartlepool and Southend. Hardly clubs to set the world alight are they.
We are now having the same difficulties appointing a manager.
How can it be so difficult to employ somebody in todays climate of job losses and uncertainty?
Just my thoughts.
